Job summary

Wangfoong Transportation Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an IT support professional to provide both on-site and remote technical assistance. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

You will also handle user account setup and password resets, maintain IT asset inventory, and liaise with external vendors for issue resolution. Occasional on-site support is expected locally.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of IT support experience, front-end support preferred.
• Familiar with Windows environment.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
