Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst to support IT infrastructure for government projects. The role covers servers, storage, networks, user endpoints, AD, mail and security tooling.

It involves project lifecycle participation, coordination with vendors, and on-call support, with potential overtime during non-office hours. The successful candidate should have 4+ years post-qualification IT experience, 2+ years in related areas, and strong Chinese and English

Qualifications

At least 4 years of post-qualification IT experience with 2+ years in related areas.
Experience in data centre management or relocation is preferred.
Experience in system design, implementation, integration, upgrade and/or migration.
Experience in admin and monitoring of outsourced projects.
Strong knowledge of enterprise network and infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

Provide infrastructure support including installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Manage and oversee data centre facilities, maintenance and operations.
Support services including mail, file servers, AD, authentication, network access control, endpoint management and EDR.
Participate in project lifecycle from requirement gathering to UAT and rollout.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality with contractors.
