Job summary

Carlyle & Co. invites a welcoming Member Services Host to be the friendly face guests see in the Hong Kong Club lobby and spaces. You will register guests, check them in and out, and ensure a level of excellence throughout every visit.

This role emphasizes building relationships with members, sharing passions and experiences, anticipating questions, resolving issues with discretion, and collaborating with teams to continually improve the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Charismatic personality with love for meeting people.
• Extensive hospitality experience in luxury or guest-facing environments.
• Positive attitude with calm, confident problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with members from all walks.
• Fluent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Carlyle & Co. ambassador at the front of the club.
• Register guests, check in/out, and maintain service standards.
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests.
• Anticipate member questions and resolve issues discreetly with charm.
• Be expert on Carlyle & Co.’s products and experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to improve guest experience and team environment.
• Overnight shift is required.
