Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance with the hotel’s brand standards.
• Be responsible for the full spectrum of duties including greeting VIP guests and performing check-in/check-out procedures.
• Achieve a high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests.
