Job summary

Carlyle & Co. Town Club in Hong Kong Island seeks a personable Member Services Host (Front Desk Agent) to welcome Members and support their visit with warmth and discretion.

You will handle guest registration, assist with check-ins/outs, and build genuine connections, while staying informed about the Club's products and experiences. Overnight shift required; you'll collaborate across teams to elevate the Member experience.

Qualifications

• Charismatic personality and love of meeting new people.
• Extensive hospitality experience.
• Positive attitude with calm, confident problem-solving.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse Members.
• Strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Carlyle & Co. ambassador and welcoming frontline face.
• Assist with guest registration and check-in/out.
• Forge genuine relationships with Members and guests.
• Anticipate queries and resolve issues with discretion and charm.
• Be an expert on Carlyle & Co.'s range of products and experiences.
• Collaborate daily across teams to improve Member experience.
• Overnight shift is required.
