Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support Relationship Managers with documentation, CDD, and SOW processes. You will ensure accurate client maintenance and data in PvB systems, and collaborate across compliance, operations and front office to meet service standards.

The role requires knowledge of account opening, strong operations background and bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Degree holder in business, finance or related disciplines.
At least 2 years’ experience and knowledge on the account opening process & system update under operation process.
Expert knowledge of PvB products, transactions and services.
Strong banking operations background with end‑to‑end systems opening process.
Awareness of controls and procedures to identify and resolve control issues.
Languages: proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers on onboarding, CDD and SOW matters.
Deliver excellent service and advice to stakeholders in all interactions.
Review client maintenance and static data maintenance tasks.
Update backend systems and ensure accurate client setup and documentation.
Escalate compliance requirements and work with stakeholders to close gaps within TAT.
Participate in system upgrades, UAT and implementation projects.
