Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Client Service/Relationship Manager to support private banking clients with day-to-day account administration and proactive servicing. You will coordinate with external clients and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of deposits, loans, and corporate actions.

The role requires strong communication in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous, plus the ability to resolve inquiries independently and maintain regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; any discipline.
• 6 years of Client Service / Relationship Management experience in Private Bank or Retail Banking.
• Basic working knowledge of Private Banking products including cash management, KYC review, corporate action and banking products.
• High sensitivity to Banking Control Standards, esp. money transfers and securities transfer.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin helpful for China/HK clients.
• Ability to interact with clients directly and resolve inquiries independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external clients and Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing
• Provide proactive personalized service on transaction processing such as deposits, loans, asset transfers, execution of cash products, cash flow management, corporate action, servicing inquiries and investigation handling
• Assist Clients in all account maintenance requests such as change of contact details, company and account structure update, KYC update and ensure documentation complies with standards
• Outreach proactively to client for digital adoption
• Assist Bankers in execution of credit facility, facilitates ad-hoc client requests, troubleshooting, and remediation campaigns as required
