Job summary

Standard Chartered Hong Kong is seeking an experienced leader to drive a data-driven operating model across regulatory onboarding and first-line controls. You will partner with CDD, CFCC HK/Poland, and other stakeholders to design efficient processes, monitor key KPIs, and ensure ethical, compliant delivery of services.

The role emphasizes leadership in risk-aware operations, client-centric improvements, and sustaining high standards of governance across the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) advantageous.
• AAMLP, HKIB / CAMLP, HKIB advantageous.
• CAMS certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and effective process design across country and COE/GBA to optimize cost and resources.
• Improve client experience by collaborating with business teams and control partners with robust tech solutions.
• Develop metrics and analytics to track digital origination, STP rate, TAT and productivity of operations.
• Build cost-to-onboard dashboards to inform cost and resource allocation decisions.
• Create operation dashboards with KPIs to monitor productivity and capacity and identify issues early.
• Achieve the OKRs set for different CJs.
