OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced onboarding and compliance specialist responsible for timely account opening and maintenance, CDD assessments, and KYC/AML advisory. You will guide junior staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and enforce policy compliance across onboarding lifecycles.

The role requires a degree in business disciplines with 3+ years in corporate banking onboarding or compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business-related disciplines is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant client onboarding / compliance experience in corporate banking.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable approach with integrity and compliance.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC concepts and banking practice is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process account opening / maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in CDD assessment, triggering events, and e-banking applications; reactivate dormant/inactive accounts.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members.
• Ensure all documentation is current, accurate and complete.
• Ensure onboarding processes comply with internal/external policies and regulations.
• Communicate with internal/external parties to obtain and review KYC documents.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory and compliance issues related to KYC/AML.
• Conduct compliance awareness, reporting, self-assessment, and training; communicate updates.
• Act as subject matter expert for client onboarding to ensure full compliance with processes and policies.
• Participate in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects or other KYC related initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc Core Banking System projects and other assignments as required.
