Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong seeks Client Service Managers to deliver high-quality service to Private Banking clients and to facilitate collaboration between Front Office and support teams.

The role emphasizes compliance with money laundering prevention procedures, regulatory requirements and Group policies, while maintaining risk awareness in client onboarding and ongoing activities. You will support TL/RMs and ensure accurate data capture in processing systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Products and Services.
• Years of Experience in banking or private client servicing.
• Credentials including RNF license and HKMA Type 1 license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client support to TL/RMs in executing a broad range of Private Banking transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow and client requests processing (exchange rates, referrals, documents).
• Handle day-to-day client queries on transactions, operations and account re-balancing processes.
