Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Compliance and Client Operations professional to conduct KYC and CDD for new client accounts and ensure regulatory compliance under HKMA/SFC guidelines. You will prepare comprehensive KYC packages for AML Committee review and support ongoing documentation controls.

The role requires 2+ years in KYC, CDD, and onboarding in Private Banking, with fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC review, CDD and client onboarding within Private Banking.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) required.
• Strong understanding of HKMA regulatory standards and local AML frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, review, and analyse information to ensure KYC and CDD for new client accounts meet local regulations and global procedures.
• Prepare complete KYC Due Diligence packages for review by AML Committee, Compliance, and Management.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of KYC processes with awareness of legal, compliance and operational risks.
• Ensure KYC and CDD documentation is collected, maintained, and updated in internal records.
• Perform ad-hoc compliance and operational tasks as assigned by management.
