Job summary

Ambition is seeking a creative Change Management & Communications Specialist to drive stakeholder engagement and readiness across a large-scale transformation program. You will translate complex business and technology initiatives into compelling stories that inspire adoption and align leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Change Management, Internal Communications, or Transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience engaging frontline users and business stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and communication/design tools such as Canva, Envato, and AI content creation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change communications and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives and user adoption.
• Create high-quality materials including newsletters, presentations, leadership messages, videos, infographics, and promotional content.
• Translate complex business and technology concepts into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and communication standards across all change activities.
• Support executive communications and leadership engagement initiatives where required.
• Organize and facilitate roadshows, workshops, town halls, Lunch & Learn sessions, and engagement campaigns.
• Monitor stakeholder sentiment, readiness, confidence, and adoption levels throughout the change journey.
