We are seeking a Change Management professional to lead transformation programs in Hong Kong, engaging clients at multiple levels and ensuring adoption of new ways of working. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience of Change Management, Organization Design and Digital Transformation is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quantitative/qualitative process analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, project management and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with different levels of management and be diplomatic and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in client-focused consulting programs engaging with key client stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering, scoping, and change impact analysis on complex programs.
• Identify communication and training needs and develop materials.
• Own and support deployment/adoption plans and handover to business as usual.
• Participate in business development to grow client opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and future change management strategy.
• Build and apply knowledge to support selling opportunities to new/existing clients.
