Ambition is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the change strategy for a Dynamics 365 ERP transformation. You will own stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

The role requires strong change leadership, executive communication skills, and a proven track record in enterprise transformations, aligning with business leaders to secure sponsorship and ensure successful user adoption.

Competenze

• 7–15 years of relevant professional experience in change management.
• Proven ERP implementation/transformation experience in complex programs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to produce executive-ready materials.
• Experience within consulting or structured enterprise transformation environments.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the change management strategy and implementation plan for the ERP transformation.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments across affected business functions.
• Develop communication, stakeholder engagement and business readiness plans.
• Translate complex transformation topics into clear, executive-ready communications and narratives.
• Develop leadership presentations, program updates and change materials.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen sponsorship and understanding of the transformation.
• Define and monitor change readiness indicators, adoption risks and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with project teams on training, communication and deployment readiness.
• Align change activities with milestones, testing, go-live prep and post-go-live adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and change communications.
• Promote sustainable user adoption of new processes and technology.
