The Foreign Correspondents' Club, Hong Kong is seeking a guest-focused service professional to join our established F&B team. You will interact with members, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a fast-paced private club environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in hotels or clubs, strong communication and organization, willingness to work shifts, and immediate availability. We offer competitive remuneration and a birthday leave benefit as part of a unique private

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience in hotels/clubs
• Good communication skills
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Shift duty is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsabilités

• Ensure all standards procedure for the operation of the Club are followed
• Comply with food and beverage regulations
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Present menu and provide detailed information (eg. Portions, allergies)
• Accurate order taking with POS system
