Job summary

G.R. Club Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned clubhouse manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a landmark residential clubhouse.

You will manage costs, budgets, and licensing while leading a team to deliver high-quality resident services, facility bookings, and festival promotions. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years’ experience in a residential club, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Club House / Sports & Recreation Management is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in residential club.
• Excellent leadership, administrative and organization skills.
• Friendly, attentive and customer-focused personality.
• Good communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of clubhouse, including cost and budget control, contractor performance, and license applications.
• Lead a team to provide high-quality services to residents, including facility booking and festival promotions.
• Maintain good relationships with residents and identify proactive service improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

What will you do?

• Lead a team to provide high-quality services to residents, including facility booking services and festival promotional activities implementation, etc.
• Maintain good relationship with residents and evaluate proactive action for service improvement regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

• Degree in Club House / Sports & RecreationManagement is preferred
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in residential club
• Excellent leadership, administrative and organization skills
• Friendly and attentive personality with focus on customer needs is a must
