Job summary

Isola Capital Limited seeks an experienced Bar and Lounge Manager for our Private Lounge in Central, Hong Kong. You will lead venue operations, deliver refined service, and ensure an impeccable guest experience in an exclusive environment.

The ideal candidate has high-end F&B background, bar service skills, knowledge of wines and spirits, and the ability to work evenings and weekends with discretion and professionalism. Cocktail making ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B manager or bar service experience in private club, hotel, or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service; English fluency preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overall venue management and provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Bar service, mainly beverage service, including wine service to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar.
• Inventory management including restock supplies, glassware, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with the team to support smooth daily operations and a premium guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have high end F&B background, venue management skills, drinks serving skills, excellent hospitality to guests, with the ability to deliver a refined and discreet service experience in an exclusive environment. Ability to make cocktails is preferred.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar service. Knowledge of basic cocktail making is preferred

Able to work independently and as a team player

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in English is preferred

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally on holidays
