Job summary

Leadingnation's Grand Club Lounge in Hong Kong invites passionate, energetic service professionals to join a premium hospitality team. Located on the hotel’s 30th–31st floors, the venue offers luxurious views and an all-day menu, from breakfast to evening cocktails, while upholding brand standards.

You will deliver excellent guest service, ensure station cleanliness per ISO22000, and work with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year working experience in service industries; candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a Team Leader role.
• Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills.
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the Grand Club Lounge
• Work alongside the team to achieve service of excellence and maximize guest satisfaction
• Ensure the cleanliness of working stations and equipment could meet ISO22000 standards
• Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

Grand Club is a majestic living space and luxurious lounge overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic skyline on the 30th and 31st floor of the hotel, created exclusively for suite and club floor guests. It is a perfect location for our guests to relax with a sumptuous menu throughout the day, from exquisite breakfast selections, light refreshments, all-day champagne to evening cocktails, all under the dramatic panorama of Victoria Harbour through floor-to-ceiling windows.
