Job summary

Chinese Recreation Club Hong Kong is seeking a friendly Member Services Associate to greet and welcome members, respond to inquiries, and oversee daily operations to ensure a premium experience. Applicants should hold a diploma in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism Management, bring at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, and be a cooperative team player.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.

A cooperative team player with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsible, detail‑minded, well‑organised, and able to work independently.
