Job summary

Neo Derm (HK) Ltd seeks a high-impact leader to drive end-to-end retail operations performance across assigned treatment centers in Hong Kong. You will work closely with front-line execution and back-up C-suite strategy to boost therapist-led sales, efficiency, and data-informed decisions.

The role requires supervising a large sales/operations team, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business admin/marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail/services/hospitality with team leadership of 50+ people.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience coaching and safeguarding as a culture ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontline KPI performance across multiple brands/locations in HK; coordinate with marketing and platform teams for campaigns and offers.
• Review frontline sales, P&L, and activity reports; provide timely performance analysis to C-suite with robust reporting.
• Advise on RPA development to enable data accuracy and build dashboards for business planning and performance reviews.
• Provide insights to Operations HR on performance, salary appraisals and new hires.
• Ensure operation efficiency and lead communications like presentations and webinars for promotions and omnichannel campaigns.

Job description

This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end retail operations performance across assigned treatment centers in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work closely with front-line execution and back-up C-suite strategy, driving therapist-led sales performance, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Take a leading role in driving frontline therapists' KPI performance across multiple brands and locations in Hong Kong; collaborating closely with marketing teams and platform business teams to drive seamless communications about current campaigns and offers

Review frontline sales, P&L performance and activity reports, provide timely business performance analysis to C-suite riding on robust operation management reporting system

Take an advisory role in robotic process automation (RPA) development to enable data accuracy, dashboard building for business planning and performance reviews

Provide insights to the Operations HR department on performance, salary appraisals and new hires

Ensure operation efficiency and conduct effective internal communications such as presentations/ webinars for new promotion offers, omnichannel marketing campaigns and sales campaigns

About you

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines is highly preferred but not a must

10+ years of relevant experience in retail, services brand, hospitality or similar industries in which supervising a team of over 50 people

Effective leadership skills for a massive sales force; strong business acumen and analytical skills

Experience in people coaching and gatekeeping as a value/ culture ambassador

Ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English
