Lockton Companies (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking driven Business Development professionals to acquire and grow new client relationships in Hong Kong. You will understand client needs, deliver right insurance and financial solutions, and provide high-quality service in a client-focused culture.

The role requires proven BD experience in insurance or financial services, a strong network, and fluency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin preferred. IIQE I/II and IA TR eligibility are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder preferred.
• Proven sales and business development experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
• Track record of developing new business with multiple B2B market segments.
• Ability to form strategic client partnerships and deliver revenue growth.
• Must complete IIQE Papers I & II and be eligible for IA TR license.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred; reading/writing in English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and secure B2B clients across various market segments through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Generate leads via referrals, industry networking, partnerships, and market intelligence.
• Establish relationships with HR Directors, CHOs, CFOs and business leaders to win deals.
