Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a VP, Business Solutions for Life & Health Insurance to lead client development, design go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue across technology-led propositions.

You will manage a structured pipeline, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, and engage clients with compelling pitches while aligning with governance and compliance requirements. Fluency in English is essential and other Asian languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of sales/origination experience with track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in L&H Insurance technology and risk management and ability to convince clients to adopt new tech.
• Understanding of go-to-market strategies and B2B marketing flair.
• Strong networking and collaboration skills.
• Commercial account or market responsibility in B2B/Solutions tech is a plus.
• Native or proficient English; other Asian languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop new solutions on Sales Origination.
• Develop and implement the origination strategy for specific Solutions Products.
• Develop marketing strategies and business plans to deliver on fee-based income targets.
• Manage a structured pipeline of leads and opportunities from planning to onboarding and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams to execute sales opportunities in the pipeline.
