Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the agency business in the life insurance sector. You will develop and execute strategies to expand the MCV agency network and capture new client segments in Hong Kong.

The role requires a university degree with at least 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services, and a strong network among high-net-worth clients. Mandarin fluency is essential, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

University degree in any discipline with minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance / banking / financial services industry.
With MCV client network is highly preferred.
Solid sales, client servicing and business development experience in MCV Market.
Knowledge and experience of Family Office or Private Banking is highly preferred.
Possess a good network and relationships with potential high net worth clients.
Strong communication and client servicing skill.
Native in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Implement Company's agency business development strategy in MCV business, seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Company's strategic business objectives
To expand the existing customer network of MCV in agency channel
To formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve growth in business against business plan
To maintain strong business relationships with new and potential clients and business partners
To bridge between MCV and the agency sales team in Hong Kong
To identity new business opportunities and client base for on-going business development
