Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to drive cloud, SaaS, and blockchain partnerships with major enterprises outside China. You will lead strategic engagements, coordinate with regional teams, and expand our BaaS and infrastructure offerings through partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of global enterprise sales experience, fluent English and Cantonese/Putonghua, and a proven track record in tech solution selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years global sales experience with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or blockchain technologies and SaaS marketplaces.
• Ability to work with China-based engineering teams.
• Sales manager with proven sales track record.
• Well analytical with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Increase adoption of software and infra services with large enterprises outside China by winning partners.
• Serve as key contact for select large enterprise customers and partners.
• Build and manage partnerships with regional and country BaaS portal providers.
• Provide professional selling and advice on IT solutions to customers.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers’ partners’ commercial and technical needs including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Job Description

• Increase adoption of the software and infrastructure services with large enterprises outside of China by winning new partners and influencing end customers through partners.
• Be the key point of contact for select large enterprise customers and partners serving enterprises building blockchain applications on BSN outside of China.
• Build and manage partnerships with regional and country BaaS portal providers.
• Provide professional selling & advice on IT solutions, including hardware, software, infrastructures, and solutions, to our existing and new potential customers
• Strengthen customer satisfaction and user experience
• Develop and explore the potential customers in market
• Reporting on pipeline and putting forward solution on improving sales performance

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, and related field
• Minimum with 5 years working experience in global sales experience with enterprise customers
• Knowledge of cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or blockchain technologies and SaaS marketplaces
• Ability to work with China-based engineering teams
• A sales manager professional with proven sales track record
• Disciplined and responsive to customer requests
• Eager to learn and grow in a high-growth environment
• Well analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
