Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (Corporate and Fundraising) to maximize revenue from corporate partnerships, sponsorships and fundraising. The role involves planning and executing development strategies, expanding networks, and leveraging NGO and CSR experience to achieve targets.

Candidates with broader experience may be considered for Senior Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 6–10 years of solid experience in sales / business development.
• Proficiency in sales administration and strong user experience with A.I. applications and office software.
• Experience in NGO, large-scale events, ESG / CSR projects welcomed.
• Established corporate client network with HR and Corporate Communications connections.

Business Development Manager (Corporate and Fundraising)

The incumbent is responsible for maximizing corporate business and fundraising donations across admission revenue, venue rental revenue, project revenue, event sponsorship, and other sales revenue targets for Ocean Park and Water World. He/she will plan and execute business development and sales strategies, as well as leverage existing local business partnerships and business association networks.

Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above,
• With at least 6 -10 years of solid experience in sales / business development, particularly in corporate partnership, sponsorship and fundraising
• Proficiency in sales administration and strong user experience with A.I. applications and office software especially A.I. application, Canva, Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in fundraising and donor relations will be considered an advantage
• Experience in NGO, large-scale events, ESG / CSR projects is welcomed
• Established corporate client network, and connections with high-value partnership with HR and Corporate Communication of large corporations for employee benefits programs and fundraising are strong advantages.
• Result-oriented with a strong self-driven attitude to achieve targets
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance business value and social impact.
• Excellent salesmanship qualities, aggressive, ambitious, self-motivated and independent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
