Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for Travel Trade. You will develop and execute sales strategies across priority APAC markets, targeting growth in revenue through a diverse B2B partner network including tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs and agencies.

Develop and execute travel trade sales strategies for priority APAC markets to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
Drive global distribution revenue by identifying, acquiring, and managing a robust portfolio of B2B partners, including tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs, retail travel agencies, MICE agents, and consolidators.
Design and negotiate competitive trade packages, promotions, and tactical offers in collaboration with marketing, and operations teams.
Conduct regular sales visits, roadshows, webinars, and product trainings to strengthen product knowledge and drive programing by trade partners.
Coordinate and host fam trips, site inspections, and trade events at the group's resorts to deepen relationships and enhance product exposure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distribution landscape; provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing.
Work closely with marketing to plan and implement joint campaigns, co-op marketing, and digital initiatives with key partners in each market.
Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
Degree in hospitality management, sales & marketing, business administration or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in travel trade sales or business development, preferably with theme parks, attractions, hotels, or large-scale tourism products.
Strong network with local & overseas tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs, and agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential. Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly preferred; additional Asian languages an advantage.
Aggressive, ambitious, organized, self-motivated, independent and able to multi task.
Willingness to travel frequently.
