Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager (Corporate and Fundraising) to drive online revenue and performance through integrated digital campaigns and offline events.

You will collaborate with Conservation, Marketing, and Communications to engage donors, secure partnerships, and manage budgets while delivering compelling, data-driven storytelling in English and Chinese contexts.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, or related.
• Minimum of 6 years of fundraising, digital marketing, corporate partnerships, or sales/business development.
• Proven track record of owning digital revenue targets and high-converting online campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with online donation gateways, social media ad management, Google Analytics, and donor management CRM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and storytelling skills across technical and creative teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive Online Revenue & Performance: own revenue targets for online donations and digital campaigns.
• Campaign Strategy & Event Execution: plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Conservation, Marketing, and Communications teams.
• Donor Acquisition & Journey Management: develop content strategies to acquire, engage, and retain donors.
• Partnership Building: identify and cultivate new corporate partnerships.
• Vendor & Budget Operations: coordinate with agencies and vendors for cost-effective campaigns.
