CIIDS Future Ltd. is seeking a senior business development professional with deep 3PL experience to diagnose pain points across branches and front-line sales, design end-to-end process improvements, and drive KPI-driven growth.

The role requires strong negotiation, ownership engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across Transportation, Energy, and Utilities sectors. You will analyze KPIs, lead tenant acquisition efforts, and shape retention strategies through customer insights to deliver

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in 3PL is required.
