Michael Page (Hong Kong) seeks an experienced leader to oversee and accelerate the growth of its International Express business. You will drive strategic growth, lead commercial and operations teams, and enhance end-to-end express services for cross-border e-commerce.

With 8+ years in express/logistics, you will manage KPIs, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration to maximise profitability and service quality in a dynamic regional market.

• Minimum 8 years of experience within International Express, Parcel Delivery, Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics, or related sectors.
• Drive the strategic growth of the International Express and Cross-Border E-Commerce business.
• Lead sales, operations, and customer service teams to achieve commercial and operational targets.
