Job summary

Intertek Greater China is seeking a dynamic professional to drive business development in Hong Kong. You will explore new channels, build relationships with clients, and coordinate multi-department efforts to expand key accounts while maintaining excellent service standards.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred and fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop new business through various channels such as events and client visits.
• Execute corporate strategies to grow new business.
• Manage key accounts by coordinating external and internal processes.
• Identify and expand potential in key accounts.

The Job

• Explore and develop new business by different channels such as participating sales and marketing events, client visit etc.


• Execute corporate strategies on developing new business growth.


• Mange key accounts by effectively organizing, automating, and synchronizing processes between the external and internal clients.


• Explore and increase key accounts business potential.


• Achieve customer satisfaction through dynamic and effective client relationship management skills.

The Person

• Degree holder in Engineering / Science related disciplines


• Possess customer services experience, with experience gained in laboratory testing field is a definite advantage


• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Self motivated, outgoing and able to work under pressure


• Immediate available is PREFERRED
