Job summary

Intertek Greater China seeks a Client Services Executive/Supervisor to deliver B2B services for the world’s top toy, juvenile products, and consumer goods brands, ensuring product quality. The role offers a clear career path within a listed multinational and involves coordinating between clients and internal technical staff to monitor testing projects.

Candidates should hold a degree or higher diploma and be fluent in Japanese (N2+), English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B services to top brands of toys and consumer goods to assure product quality.
• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical teams to monitor testing projects.
• Handle client inquiries and assist with ad hoc tasks; on-the-job training will be provided.

The Job

• Provide B2B services to our clients who are the world’s top brands of toys, juvenile products and consumer goods about product quality

• Coordinate between external clients and internal TECHNICAL colleagues to monitor the progress of testing projects and all related events

The Person

• Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline


• Competent in both spoken and written JAPANESE (N2 or above), English and Mandarin


• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills


• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive/ Supervisor


• Fresh graduate will also be considered


• Immediate available would be an advantage
