Job summary

Intertek Greater China seeks a Customer Services Executive to deliver B2B services to leading toy and consumer brands from Lai Chi Kok. You will handle client inquiries and coordinate with internal technical teams to monitor testing projects and related events.

We welcome fresh graduates and offer on-the-job training, with a 5-day work week and supportive benefits. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

The Job

• Provide B2B services to our clients who are the world’s top brands of toys, juvenile products and consumer goods about product quality

• Handle client’s enquiries
• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to MONITOR the progress of testing projects and all related events
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Assist in any ad hoc job tasks as assigned.

The Person

• Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline
• Competent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive/ Supervisor
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available would be an advantage
• Working Location: Lai Chi Kok
