Job summary

BCT Group is seeking an Assistant Manager – Business Development in Hong Kong. You will develop business with designated channels and client segments, conduct regular visits, meetings, trainings, and seminars to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business, 4+ years in financial services, MPF/ORSO knowledge, and Hong Kong licensing familiarity. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Putonghua is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in financial industry with channel/sales focus.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop business with designated channels and client segments.
• Manage sales process: prospecting, presenting, closing and after-sales servicing.
• Engage channel partners and clients to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and eMPF for new client onboarding.
