Job summary

BCT Financial Limited is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Business Development in Hong Kong. The role focuses on developing business with designated channels and client segments, driving sales opportunities and profitability while managing client relationships and delivering seminars and trainings.

Qualifications include a finance or related bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in finance, MPF and HKSI/SFC credentials, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Chinese with Putonghua a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
• Pass in MPF Examination.
• Holder of relevant SFC license or HKSI Papers 1/7/8 or equivalent.
• Good understanding of MPF & ORSO.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with designated channels and client segments to meet targets.
• Perform sales flow independently: prospecting, presenting, probing, and post-servicing.
• Engage channel partners and clients to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Provide sales support to channel partners and clients.
• Build and deepen relationships through meetings, trainings and seminars.
• Handle enquiries and complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
