Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced sales and partnerships professional to lead B2B relationships, support in-house advisors, and drive growth across the brokerage and investment segments.

You will organize training and seminars for partners, arrange sales meetings, conduct market research to identify new opportunities and ensure all representatives meet regulatory requirements. Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua are preferred; degree in Finance or related field.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields with minimum 5 years in Insurance Brokerage & Investment Brokerage.
• IIQE Papers 1-3 is a must for Life & General Insurance.
• IIQE Papers 4 & 5 will be an advantage.
• SFC License Type 1 & 4 and MPF License will be an advantage.
• Experience with Family Office/CIES campaigns will be an advantage.
• People oriented and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, in-house advisors and orphan clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for front-line channels.
• Provide sales training, guidance & support to in-house Advisors.
• Arrange insurance training and seminars for B2B partners and in-house advisors.
• Arrange Sales meetings for in-house advisors.
• Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and distribute latest market updates.
• Ensure all License Representatives meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
