Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Bancassurance Specialist to drive business through bank channels in the Greater Bay Area, supported by existing bancassurance partners. The role focuses on sales, channel development, and strong stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree with 1–5 years of relevant experience in insurance, excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin), and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above and a minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous work experience in local insurance industry is preferred.
• Aspiring to pursue a career in insurance industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, strong ability to resist pressure, and possess certain business network resources; good at communicating with local bank customers
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, strong execution capability, customer service skills and problem solving skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) - Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote business through bank channels, provide support to bank branches of existing bancassurance business partners;
• Achieve team performance goals and assist in the formulation of various sales plans;
• Assist in conducting channel and market analysis of peer products;
• Assist in providing sales support at all levels; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of banking partners;
• Assist in ad hoc projects.
