Job summary

BCTC Group Hong Kong is seeking a sales professional to develop business with designated channels and client segments, driving new business profitability through regular visits, meetings, trainings and seminars. Qualifications

• University graduate major in Finance / Business or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with designated channels and/or client segments to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Perform the sales flow independently: prospecting, presenting, probing, penetrating, post-service.
• Engage channel partners and client prospects to achieve targets.
• Provide sales support to channel partners and clients.
• Build and deepen relationships via visits, meetings, trainings and seminars.
• Handle inquiries and complaints; collaborate with teams to onboard new clients.
