Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Branch Service Officer / Manager (Checker) to review and approve daily teller transactions, supervise frontline staff, and maintain strict control over cash operations. The role requires familiarity with HKMA regulations and strong leadership across branch activities.

You will ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines, manage risk, and resolve customer inquiries at the counter, contributing to smooth branch performance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required.
• Experience leading frontline staff is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Oversight: review, verify, and approve daily teller transactions in compliance with policies.
• Team Supervision: guide and supervise frontline tellers to ensure service standards and accuracy.
• Risk & Control: monitor cash limits, identify anomalies, prevent fraud, secure vault cash and negotiable instruments.
• Compliance & Audit: ensure branch ops meet internal audit, KYC/AML guidelines.
• Issue Resolution: handle complex customer inquiries and escalations at the counter.
• Branch Support: collaborate with Branch Manager to streamline daily operations and audit readiness.
