Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to supervise counter service and ensure efficient branch operations in line with regulations and policies. You will oversee service quality and resolve inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities include reviewing branch procedures to enhance processes and customer experience, identifying opportunities to promote banking products, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking operation procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua; strong numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
