Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a Boutique Associate who can deliver an exceptional client experience. You will be an ambassador of the maison's identity and know-how, joining a vibrant boutique team.

You will greet visitors, support sales presentations, assist with product preparation and payments, and offer engraving and other CS activities to delight clients. Training on our history and creations will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a retail environment.
• Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, easing waiting times and enhancing boutique experience.
• Assist sales associates during client presentations to support business.
• Prepare workspace and assist with product preparation and payment procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including boutique CS activities (engraving, polishing).

As part of the Boutique team your role will be to:

• Greet and welcome all our visitors – easing waiting time and enhancing boutique experience;

• Contribute to the business – assisting sales associates during client presentations;

• Support daily boutique activities – preparing workspace, supporting on product preparation and payment procedures;

• Offer an outstanding Customer Service – performing CS activities allowed in boutique (engraving, shining...);

• Contribute to a positive team spirit – actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life
