Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Limited - Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong seeks a Boutique Assistant to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will support Sales Associates during presentations, wrap products, and process sales with attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will welcome clients, manage counter displays, assist with events, and contribute to daily clienteling activities while maintaining impeccable counter presentation and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Associates during presentations (greet clients, serve drinks, present products).
• Prepare and wrap products for customers and events.
• Process sales and manage related documents and payments.
• Support daily clienteling activities (gift cards, small gifts).
• Welcome clients and manage the showroom experience including catalogs and waiting times.
• Review and maintain workspace cleanliness of counters, displays, and windows.
• Provide support for event organization.

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?

Boutique Assistant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by providing support to Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales Associates during presentations (welcome clients, serve the drinks, bring products…)

Prepare & wrap the products

Process the sales (prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures…)

Support sales team in their daily clienteling activities (gift cards preparation, purchase of small client gifts…)

Welcome client and ease their waiting (offer drinks, show catalogs, tour of the boutique, inform on waiting time…)

Review and set-up the workspace

Check daily the cleaning of counters, displays, and windows

Provide support for event organization
