Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong seeks a CRM professional to manage regional campaigns and clienteling initiatives. You will consolidate HQ and regional requirements into an executable CRM calendar, localize assets, and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will analyze data, maintain data quality, and support training and onboarding for digital tools while collaborating with the local team to drive revenue and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and business intelligence tools; ability to analyze context, issues and opportunities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate HQ and regional campaign requirements into a Hong Kong/Macau CRM calendar.
• Prepare targeting lists and segments; build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in line with HQ guidelines and local rules.
• Localize campaign assets for HK/Macau, including translations, templates, boutique details andCalls to action; provide campaign toolboxes to boutiques.
• Support rollout of clienteling and related digital applications; adapt user guides, FAQs and training materials; assist with onboarding and feedback.
• Maintain client-data quality through cleansing, de-duplication and data checks; escalate issues to the Assistant Manager.
• Monitor campaign delivery, engagement, conversion and clienteling KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly reports and highlight trends and risks.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and local market practices; share learnings and test ideas with the local team.

What are we expecting from you?

You have working experience in CRM; retail experience would be a plus. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI skills considered an advantage, and have hands-on experience with CRM and business intelligence tools. You gather and analyze relevant information to understand the context, identify key issues, and recognize opportunities. You propose practical solutions with a clear understanding of their impact on revenue, cost, and other relevant metrics. You are fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Support the Assistant Manager in maintaining the Hong Kong and Macau contact plan by consolidating HQ and regional campaign requirements, local marketing activations and retail feedback into an executable CRM calendar.
• Prepare targeting lists and segments, and build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in line with HQ guidelines, local rules, consent requirements and client-development priorities.
• Localize campaign assets for Hong Kong and Macau, including translations, templates, boutique details and calls to action, and ensure boutiques receive complete and usable campaign toolboxes.
• Support the rollout and adoption of clienteling and related digital applications by adapting user guides, FAQs and support materials, assisting with training preparation, and following up on onboarding, user feedback and technical issues.
• Maintain client-data quality through cleansing, de-duplication, account merging and regular data checks, and promptly elevate local opportunities or issues to the Assistant Manager.
• Monitor campaign delivery, engagement, conversion and clienteling KPIs; prepare weekly and monthly reports; consolidate boutique and market feedback; and highlight trends, risks and immediate corrective actions.
• Monitor competitor campaigns, clienteling initiatives and relevant market practices, and share practical local learnings, test ideas and best practices with the local team.
