Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Regional Assistant Operations & Distribution Manager to coordinate stock across markets and liaise with HQ and regional teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, system discipline and proactive problem-solving in a luxury distribution environment.

You will drive stock targets, manage forecasts and support new distribution projects while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and using planning tools such as SAP and Looker.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, distribution, stock management or product planning in luxury retail.
• Strong relationships with HQ, regional teams and local markets.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized and proactive; proficient in planning systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Packaging and POSM management: define stock targets, forecast and coordinate with markets.
• Monitor stock to prevent shortages/overstock and coordinate with HQ logistics.
• Support regional changes with supply teams on new projects.
• Act as operational backbone: resolve daily admin, system and logistics issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and fix system discrepancies.

Are you a good match?

You have relevant experience in merchandising, international distribution, regional stock management and or product planning, ideally within the luxury retail industry. You communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with HQ, regional teams, and local markets. You are analytical and detail-oriented, organized and proactive, experienced in business planning systems (i.e. SAP/Google Looker) and proficient in using MS Office. You are fluent in English; Mandarin and French is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

As The Regional Assistant Operations & Distribution Manager, You Will Be Reporting To The Regional Distribution Planning Manager. In This Function You Will

Packaging and POSM management

• Define target stock levels and propose adjustments aligned with sales trends, budgets and campaigns.


• Handle forecasts, orders and shipment follow-up with markets.


• Monitor stock to prevent shortages or overstocking, and escal risks with action plans.


• Liaise with HQ logistics on troubleshooting and run monthly distribution calls.


• Support change management with regional and market supply teams on new projects.

Operations

• Act as the operational backbone, resolving daily administrative, system and logistics issues.


• Maintain inventory accuracy, fix system discrepancies and manage defective stock.
