Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a Communications professional to lead bilingual content creation for press releases, events, and digital platforms. You will coordinate media inquiries and cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.

You will work closely with internal teams (retail, events, group communications) to ensure on‑brand messaging and seamless project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Solid experience in communications; agency experience would be a plus.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Write, adapt, proofread and curate bilingual content for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, and photo shoots promptly.
• Maintain relationships with key media contacts across print and digital platforms.
• Track media coverage and prepare regular effectiveness reports.
• Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders for project execution.

You are proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Assistant PR & Event Manager, HK & Macau, You will be responsible for: Write, adapt, proofread and curate high-quality bilingual content for internal and external communications, including press releases, media alerts, product information, event invitations, speeches, executive talking points, Q&A, newsletters, presentations, and copywriting of digital platforms including social media, websites etc. Coordinate media inquiries, interview requests, photo shoots and product loan logistics in a professional and timely manner. Assist in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, stylists, self-media individuals across print, digital, and social platforms. Track and monitor media coverage of the Maison, compile regular reports to assess PR effectiveness on a regular basis. Coordinate arrangements with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. retail team and boutiques) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
