Qualifications

4+ years of experience in sales operations of multiple stores, preferably in retail / FMCG / beauty industries.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence, lead and inspire people, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and execute business operations strategies to maximize services capabilities and increase sales revenue effectively.
Monitor all operations verticals, including sales, manpower planning, performance management and leadership development.
Manage, mentor and inspire a sizable front-line operations staff to live corporate mission and value, cascade and execute strategic action plans.
Building strong relationships with operations leaders.
Identify opportunities for business growth and develop new process improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiency across assigned district.
Streamline operating procedures, guidelines, and policies, set up best practices and establish assessment programs.
