Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations of multiple stores, preferably in retail / FMCG / beauty industries.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence, lead and inspire people, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute business operations strategies to maximize services capabilities and increase sales revenue effectively.
• Monitor all operations verticals, including sales, manpower planning, performance management and leadership development.
• Manage, mentor and inspire a sizable front-line operations staff to live corporate mission and value, cascade and execute strategic action plans.
• Building strong relationships with operations leaders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop new process improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiency across assigned district.
• Streamline operating procedures, guidelines, and policies, set up best practices and establish assessment programs.
