Neo Derm is a leading medical aesthetic group with 28 HK/China locations. We seek a high-calibre Brand Marketing leader to own end-to-end retail operations performance across Hong Kong centers, bridging frontline execution with C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities include driving KPI performance, collaborating with marketing and platform teams, and building data-driven decision systems. Fluent Chinese and English are essential; 8+ years of luxury retail or related experience is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industries with data analytics.
• Strong leadership and high-volume sales experience.
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing.

Aufgaben

• Drive frontline therapists KPI performance across brands and locations in HK.
• Collaborate with marketing and platform teams to communicate campaigns and offers.
• Review sales and P&L performance; provide analysis to C-suite.
• Develop daily performance review framework and coach staff.
• Advise on RPA development; build dashboards for planning and reviews.
• Provide HR insights on performance, salary appraisals and hires.
• Lead internal comms for promotions, omnichannel campaigns and sales events.
