Job summary

Neo Derm (HK) Ltd is seeking a high-calibre Brand Marketing leader to drive end-to-end marketing strategy across all Hong Kong locations. The role bridges frontline execution with C-suite strategy, focusing on therapist-led sales performance, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in retail/brand settings, with strong leadership and analytics capabilities, and fluent Chinese & English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in retail, services brand, hospitality or similar.
• Strong leadership and people coaching skills.
• Fluent Chinese and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand marketing strategy across all Hong Kong locations.
• Drive frontline sales KPIs and collaborate with marketing and platform teams.
• Provide performance analysis and robust operation reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop RPA-adjacent data dashboards and business planning tools.
• Support HR on performance reviews and new hires, ensure effective communications.
