Job summary

Neo Derm is seeking a high-calibre Brand Marketing professional to lead end-to-end marketing across Hong Kong. The role links frontline execution with C‑suite strategy, driving therapist-led sales, efficiency, and data-informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in luxury retail or similar sectors, strong leadership, and fluency in Chinese and English, with a track record of coaching teams and managing large-scale campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines.
15+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail, services brand, hospitality, telecommunications or similar data-driven industries.
Effective leadership and strategic thinking.
Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end 360 brand marketing strategy across all Hong Kong locations.
Drive frontline sales performance and align with marketing and platform teams.
Review frontline sales, P&L performance and activity reports to inform decisions.
Coach and develop frontline staff and managers to improve performance.
Oversee process automation and dashboard development for planning and reviews.
Provide manpower insights to HR on performance and hiring.
