LUBUDS Group is seeking a Bar Manager for its luxurious HK venue in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will lead the bar team, ensuring service aligns with our standards and brand expectations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in bar management at a high-end or luxury establishment.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of bar supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and quality at the bar.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the bar to maintain a seamless service experience.

Requirements

• Relevant certifications in hospitality, bartending, or mixology are preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar management role within a high-end or luxury establishment, experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment is advantage
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesSolid understanding of restaurant & bar operation
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
